A high precision machine with linear glass scales. It can accept up to 500 kg. in weight. It can cut any shape in soft or hardened steel up to a thickness of 200mm. It cuts the material using 0.25mm brass wire, which generates a spark. The process is accurate to within 5 microns Programs can be created and executed either onboard or offline using latest CAD CAM technology. |
